  8. Thanks mate!, really appricate the explanation regarding water.I drink almost 3litres of water day along with 40 min of running and ever since i have been doing that people have been noticing a lot difference in my face and over all body.

    Its amazing when u cut down on caffeine and sugary drinks, weight loss becomes easier.

    Another thing i would recommend is drinking Caffeine free green tea very helpful. :)
